First season of Isaimedai was a musical reality show telecasted in Kalaignar TV on every sunday morning 9am, to encourage new talents among stage singers. This show has attracted the attention of many music directors, who are looking for new and unique voices for their upcoming films. Music directors Dhina and Ms. Raihana were the Judges of the show, and every episode was crowned with a special guest from the film industry. The grand finale of the show was conducted successfully in Malaysia.
